Flowerdale Landcare Group
The Flowerdale Landcare Group formed following the Black Saturday Bushfires of 2009.

Their initial focus was in the protection of the remaining vegetation along the King Parrot Creek in the Flowerdale area.

Still biodiversity focused, it now also gets involved in landholder education and works with the local primary school to raise environmental awareness.
The group also coordinate their own local Blackberry Action Group and help run Farm Chemical User Courses with UGLN.
